Registration

 

Registration closes when sessions are full. A Stanford Open T-shirt is included with all entries.

How to Register

  1. Fill and mail in the registration form to the address listed on the form OR Email your Excel roster to stanfordopen@yahoo.com. Please include:
    Club Name, USAG #, Address, Telephone & Email
    Coach Name(s), USAG # & Safety Certification Expiration Date
    Athlete Name, USAG #, Level, Birthdate & Tshirt Size
  2. Make check payable to Stanford Boys Gymnastics Boosters (Minimum $100.00 deposit)
  3. Mail check to:

2012 Competitive Entry Fees
Levels 4-6 - $100
Levels 7-9 - $105
Level 10 and Elite - $110
Team Fee - $50 per team (a team is comprised of 3 athletes in the same level)

Refunds
Policy on refunding registration payment when a gymnasts scratches:

  • Written request (email) received prior to Nov 15th- full refund
  • Written request from Nov 16th - Dec 31st:
        With written doctor excuse - full refund
        Without written doctor excuse - no refund
  • Requests after Jan 15th - No refund
  • Refund payment will not be issued before Jan. 21, 2011 and/or after the meet
