Registration

The Final deadline for entries is December 1, 2008 or earlier. Registration closes when sessions are full. A Stanford Open T-shirt is included with all entries.

How to Register

  1. Email your excel roster to jdrgym@mac.com. Please include:
    Club Name, USAG #, Address, Telephone & Email
    Coach Name(s), USAG # & Safety Certification Expiration Date
    Athlete Name, USAG #, Level, Birthdate & Tshirt Size
  2. Make check payable to SGTCS (Minimum $100.00 deposit)
  3. Mail check to:

2009 Competitive Entry Fees
Levels 4, 5 & 6 - $100
Levels 7, 8, 9, 10 & Elite - $110
Team Fee - $50 per team

Refunds
Policy on refunding registration payment when a gymnasts scratches:

  • Written request (email) received prior to Dec 31st - full refund
  • Written request from Jan 1st - 19th:
    With written doctor excuse - full refund
    Without written doctor excuse - no refund
  • Requests after Jan 19th - No refund
    Refund payment will not be issued until after the first of the year or after the meet
